Does Augusta Active have a storefront where I can buy?
No, Augusta Active is a warehouse only and does not have a storefront to shop from.
DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
We have a fit guide to help you determine your correct size when ordering from AugustaActive.com. Because size and cut will vary between fabrics and styles, please use our chart as a general guide to compare sizes. If you need assistance selecting your correct size, please contact Customer Service at customercare@augustaactive.com, live chat or 1-844-9-ACTIVE.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At AugustaActive.com, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Currently, if you are shipping to California, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, you are required to pay sales tax.
DO YOU ACCEPT TAX-EXEMPT FORMS?
To place an tax-exempt order contact customer service at customercare@augustaactive.com or 1-844-922-8483. Email customercare@augustaactive.com with the tax-exempt form and include account information used to set up your Augusta Active account. An account can be created here: https://www.augustaactive.com/customer/account/create/
Once the tax-exempt form has been approved, customer care will contact you and you will be able to order tax-exempt using your Augusta Active account.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
To be notified when an item is back in stock, you must register your email address at augustaactive.com, select your required size and color of the out-of-stock product, click the “Notify Me” button and enter your email address. We will send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock and available to order.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Certainly! Please call our toll-free number at 1-844-9-ACTIVE.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
In order to receive your products as quickly as possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it is placed online.
DOES AUGUSTA OFFER PERSONALIZATION OF THE PRODUCTS?
No, we do not offer any personalization on any of our merchandise.
On several items I am unable to choose a size; it only shows OS for the size. What does this mean?
OS means “One Size Fits Most”.

DOES AUGUSTAACTIVE.COM OFFER PROMOTION CODES?
Yes, we offer promotion codes regularly. Sign up for our augustaactive.com newsletter to receive promotion codes and special offers.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMOTION CODE?
The promotion code box is located in the upper right corner of your screen when viewing your “bag” before the checkout process begins.
MAY I USE MY PROMOTION CODE FOR AN ORDER I PLACED PREVIOUSLY BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED?
Promotion codes may only be used on new orders and must be entered at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped via UPS. We ship via USPS when shipping to a PO Box, APO or FPO.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this time.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY PURCHASE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED FROM AUGUSTA ACTIVE?
Yes, you will be able to track your purchase. You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has shipped. In most cases Augusta Active uses UPS to ship orders shipping to a street address. If you are shipping to a post office box your order will be shipped by the USPS. This information will also be available on your shipping confirmation email. The links to each has been provided below for your convenience.
