Our goal is to get you back to your active life as quickly as possible but sometimes things just aren’t quite right. You have 45 Days** to love it or send it back to us for a refund*.

How do I return my item(s)?

Returns Process – Guest User

  1. Identify your Order Number from your confirmation email
  2. Call Customer Care at:  1-844-922-8483
    1. Between hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Mon – Fri
    2. Weekend hours (Sat / Sun), email; in Subject Line please enter RETURN

 Returns Process - Registered User:

  1. Log into “My Account”
  2. Review Dashboard to identify Order with return item and select “View Order
  3. Verify Order Information and Select “Return”
  4. Verify:  Order Number; Shipping Address and Enter Email
  5. (A) Select “Item” to be returned from drop down and (B) Enter quantity to be returned
  6. (C) Select “Resolution” option from drop down -  Refund
  7. (D) Select “Item Condition” and (E) Select “Reason to Return” from drop down
  8. (F) Provide any comments which may be helpful for the return - (G) Select “Add Item to Return”
  9. Follow Steps 5 through 11 for more items or Select “Submit” at bottom right of screen when finished
Can I return an order for a refund after 45 days?

After 45 days a promo code may be offered for a return.

What about my money?

Our goal is to refund your purchase within five (5) business days of receipt of your item(s) to be returned.
You will receive a refund on the original purchase price and tax.
We do not refund shipping charges.
You will receive an email when we have credited your card.
However, it may take your bank 2 – 10 days to credit your account.


I’ve worn it but it’s not quite right. May I still return it?

Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve tried it and it’s still not right, please WASH IT and follow the Return Process above.
